In this document, "baji live", "platform", or "service" refers to the website https://baji-live.cam and all related services including its Android and iOS applications. "Member" or "user" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using the service.

These terms and conditions apply to all persons who are registered on baji live or wish to register. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, a user is considered to have read and accepted these terms in full.

This document has been prepared in Bengali for users residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity in language, the interpretation of baji live's authority will be considered final.

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member of baji live, each applicant must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other personal details provided at the time of registration must be genuine and verifiable.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed at any time and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as belonging to the same person.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Members may be required to complete identity verification in order to keep their account active and to make withdrawals. This process may require submission of a national identity card or equivalent document. Failure to complete identity verification may result in certain account features being restricted.

All services on baji live are for persons aged 21 years or older only. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform's services.

baji live reserves the right to carry out age verification at the time of registration or at any time thereafter. If it is found that a minor has opened an account, that account will be closed immediately and the associated deposits may be forfeited.

4.1 Password and Login

Each member is required to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing account details with anyone else or allowing a third party to use the account is a violation of the terms. Any unauthorised access to one's own account must be reported to the support team immediately via live chat or email.

4.2 Security Breach

Identity is verified by sending an OTP to the mobile number or email address linked to the account. If anyone shares their OTP with another person, the member themselves will be responsible for any security-related loss to that account.

The site uses SSL encryption technology to keep members' information secure. However, it is the member's own responsibility to ensure the security of their device and internet connection.

5.1 Deposit

The accepted deposit methods on baji live are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. When making a deposit, members must use their own mobile wallet — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

5.3 Transaction Authenticity

All financial transactions must be carried out in good faith and using the member's own funds. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

baji live offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and a wager of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10 times) must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses come with wagering requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before withdrawing from the bonus funds. For the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or placing bets in unusual patterns on specific games — is explicitly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed if necessary.

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

baji live uses content only from recognised and verified game providers. All slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting products available on the platform are operated using verifiable random number generator technology.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game and event has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the interface of the relevant game. baji live reserves the right to change these limits.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

If an event is cancelled or closed for unforeseen reasons in cricket, football, or other sports betting, that bet will be treated as void and the stake will be returned, though specific market rules may apply. In the case of a multi bet, if one selection is cancelled, it will be removed from the multi and the value will be recalculated on the remaining selections.

7.4 Technical Errors

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server problem, network disconnection, or software error, baji live's authority will make a decision at its own discretion to resolve the situation, and that decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji live platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a third party's identity, device, or payment method
• Operating gaming or betting activities using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs
• Attempting to launder illegal funds through the platform
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts
• Coordinated betting against the platform (match fixing, syndicate betting)
• Operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any ongoing bets will be settled and the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.

9.2 Suspension by Authority

baji live may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice for reasons including violation of terms, suspected fraud, or security concerns.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

A member who feels that gaming is becoming harmful to them may apply for self-exclusion or an account break for a specified period. Details on this can be found on our Responsible Gaming page.

The baji live platform operates on an "as-is" basis. baji live's liability is limited for losses caused by any technical problem, server downtime, disruption of third-party services, or any other reason.

baji live is not responsible for financial losses arising from gaming. Gaming is entirely a recreational activity and members participate at their own risk.

In the event of a cyber attack, hacking, or any other unintended security breach, baji live will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will inform members. However, baji live's financial liability in such events is limited.

baji live never sells members' personal information to third parties. However, relevant information may be shared with the concerned authorities as part of legal obligations, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering processes.

baji live reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via their registered email address or through platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore advised to check this page regularly.
